Im not sure about the spherical objects visible in this galaxy
Im thinking this may be caused by a lens as the spheres to the left of the image look like mirror images to the spheres on the right of the image , the spheres also seem to form a v shape pointing towards the top of the image

No problem! It's unlikely to be a lens, based both on the color of the objects and their relative roundness (they're not distorted). I'm not sure I see the V shape that you describe - any gravitational lens should be centered roughly around the galaxy doing the lensing, though, and not oriented toward the top.
