  ok, so I guess this galaxy is good enough an example to open a chat about it ... see comments associated ... and discuss widely please.
  to start with :
  Is a multiple merger possible in this case ?
  and is it that common ?

  AND, could there be a lens effect on this galaxy ? :
  152.76975456,1.22279724 (DR8)

  It's #PGC_29664 galaxy. The star on the left seems to be a star #USNOA2_0900-06621314. As you mentioned, this galaxy is interrupted by a galaxy #PGC_1188757 (not visible on the right).

  is it just DR8 being wrong again ?
