How to classify this galaxy?

Would you classify this as a galaxy "with features" because of the bright area in the center? Or as an elongated "smooth round" galaxy? I see no features other than the bright core (not a "bulge", right?).
Also, there is clearly a star (or some other object) in front of the observed galaxy.

This is a difficult one.
I agree with the bright object on the right of the galaxy being a foreground star. Initially I was going to say 'Smooth', but we do have some features, particularly in the top right of the galaxy - perhaps spiral features once upon a time?
Either way there is no such thing as a wrong answer - trust your instincts!
