a shape like galaxy

  hi.
  i can see a stuff like galaxy in this photo this is situated in north west of the large galaxy. it seems like a dim red dot.
  it is very big in compared with a star and it is small in compared with a galaxy. what is it?

  Are you talking about the discolouration in the galaxy itself or the fuzzy orange object to the top left?
