line and green object

  what is this green object , and line from galaxy under to this object

  The green object is a foreground star from out own galaxy - the line is a diffraction spike - an optical artifact.

  one thing, you should put skip in classifying, because there are pictures, which are like christmas trees, or many galaxies, and i don't now which is the in questions and go back if i want to go to earlien position, i don't want to give false information if i am not sure

  i didn't know there is so many different kind of galaxies and i wonder what is dust line, i saw it here two years ago
