I'm not sure this is a real object, or just an optical artifact of some sort.

Hi tbear and welcome to the Zoo
The central object (which you are supposed to classify) is a very fuzzy galaxy. The colorful line and red glow are both optical artifacts caused by a bright star outside of this image.
