Hi I'm back home from work now.
This galaxy is too far away to get a proper name. It is 2MASX J22332300+2205245 , which actually has its sky co-ordinates in the title It is a barred spiral with star formation in its arms. From the PhotoZ value of 0.03, it can be calculated that it is about 400 million light-years away or about 3% of the distance to the "edge" of the universe.
You can try this yourself.
