This was my first time coming across the a merging and cigar galaxy, space is amazing

Hi @Gtrixx, thanks for posting!

A scientist (@vrooje) has already noted that this appears to be a disc edge-on with no bulge, and that it's probably an overlap, not a merger... I don't see any evidence of interaction myself, either.

Good eyes, though, and thanks for classifying!!

No distortion, probably more an overlap

I wouldn't be surprised if this turned out to be an #overlap. I agree it's a nice edge-on bulgeless example -- thanks for classifying!
