Is this in the "Deep Field" area of observation made by Hubble Telescope?

I find this one interesting, because it has at least 2 arms, but seems on one of the arms, seems to be a lot of activity toward the outer edges. If I were more seasoned, I'd like to figure out the distance of the object to the right of it, and determine what that is. Could be a far off structure for all I know. But if it's relatively close by, I do wonder what effects the gravity the galaxy would have on it.

The object to the right looks like a star, so it would be within 100,000 light-years. So it is not close to the galaxy which would be hundreds of millions of light-years away.

Hubble Deep Field is at RA 14 Dec 52-53, so it is not in the field.
