  the target G is appears to be a disturbed edge-on.
  BUT... what is going on with the other 'galaxy'? That one is weird. It is too odd for a lens as I have seen them

  In the recentered and rotated image you can see that the weird one is actually two galaxies, probably interacting as well.

  And you are correct : it is definitely niot a lens.
