Galactic jet or flare?

  Is the blue feature off-center of the galaxy a jet? If not, is it a batch of young stars, another galaxy, etc?

  Relativistic jets are small features, they would be less than a pixel wide in these images. They can only be seen in 5 of the “nearer” galaxies. I think this a star forming area of the galaxy.
