  Is this just a nebulae located further than the grouping of galaxies?

  The orange object at the center of the image is a very distant smooth or elliptical galaxy. The other objects in the field of view are foreground stars from our own galaxy.

  Always remember to only classify the object at the center! Hope this helps and happy hunting 😃
