Triple Artifacts Stars?

No sure if these artifact is a triple star system or something else. Any suggestions?

It is hard to know if it is a triple star system, or just coincidence of three stars in same line-of -view. The stars would be much smaller, they look fuzzy and large because of our atmosphere blurring the image.
