AGZ0007x0m split image

This image appears to be split down the middle. Top half has clearly a different background shape than the bottom. And the split crosses the bottom 10% of the galaxy. Almost as if it is cut off. Is this photograph or telescope distortion or something real?

This image is right on the boundary / edge of multiple fields, so when the fields are put together we can see any differences in the image quality between them.
Here is the colour image showing the boundaries of the fields. The orientation might be slightly different.
