Besides the galaxy there are 5 violet points. Is it just a reflection or is this for real? If it is real, than 4 objects seem to be in a line - which is quite unusual.

The object in the centre of the image is not a galaxy, but a star from our galaxy. The colours are not real.
The violet dots are probably just noise (artefacts)
