Galaxy Merging

  Hey Everyone! Is this a galaxy merging in with another one. Is the bigger galaxy pulling the smaller one in?

  The image is a bit fuzzy so it is not easy to tell if these two are actually interacting. But merger is a possibility !

  i believe this is a merging galaxy, but im not a moderator so dont take my word.

  We can look at shape, colour and spectral chart.
  Shape shows no obvious interaction. I looked at the SkyServer image and there are no usual colours which often accompany mergers. There is a hydrogen spike, but that may come from the nucleus, not any interaction.
