Irregular bar galaxy cigar shaped with blue patches.

Would love to hear peoples opinions on this galaxy. The blue patches remind me of a solar flare when looking through a lens of camera. Are they part of the galaxy or some other effect? Would it be too presumptuous to think this is some kind of gravitational lensing? Or just an irregular galaxy? It's particularly interesting how the blue appears to overlay the central bulge of the galaxy on the right hand edge of the bar.

These now seem quite common the more I review. Would still love to know what it is likely to be 😃

Hi SeanObr and welcome to the Zoo
In these Illustris images, the blue patches are star forming areas in the galaxy. There is definitely no gravitational lensing in this image, sorry.
