A merger at top of shot ?? do these faint 3-4 galaxies constitute a lens/ring?

Hi @anilam and welcome to Galaxy Zoo.
No, the two objects at the top do not look like a ring or a lens. The image is quite fuzzy but it could be several much more distant galaxies overlapping each other. Remember to only classify the object directly at the center, the other objects will get their own chance to be classified 😃
