  Is this a spiral? To me it looks like a faded lower-case omega, with both 'arms' pointing up. That would mean they were rotating opposite ways, though.

  This one is difficult. It looks too regular to be an irregular ! 😄
  
  And a spiral with the two arms rotating opposite ways is physically impossible.
  
  So, my classification would be : disk/features, not an edge on, no bar, no spiral, no bulge, anything odd : other.
