Extended spiral

This looks like a galaxy which may be the result of two previous galaxies combining. It appears to be in an area where several galaxies exist although the central one appears to be much larger but I cannot estimate distance from this image so the central object may be nearer. Any thoughts?

The central object is a very disturbed galaxy. It is a simulated galaxy from the Illustris dataset. The other galaxies and foreground stas are added to the image to make it more realistic.
