  Globular into a spiral, with tidal, or two tidal globular so colliding, or single abnormal spiral?

  I agree with DanielGrinuk, that it looks like a spiral seen on edge. Although if you follow the links to http://skyserver.sdss.org/dr9/en/tools/chart/chart.asp?ra=322.49244189&dec=11.00523437 it seems that there may be a bar forming in there.
