I'm not sure what this is, it's sort of hour-glass shaped but rather vague... Has anyone got an idea?

The object in the centre of the image is a disturbed galaxy with a bar. You could go for a disturbed disk or an irregular. Just answer the questions as well as you can. It's what you see that counts ! 😄
