What the heck is THAT?

I've never seen anything like it before. Obviously a merger, but the spherical dust cloud (?) surrounding the 3 bright sources is very intense and the mysterious tail has me baffled. What is it the result of?

I could guess, but really I don't know. We'll have to wait for MaNGA observations to be sure.
