Very interesting...center prominence with 9 satellites, all with star cluster trails swooping back to the middle prominence.The middle looks like it might have spirals with spin-off clusters...I've never seen this before....love it!

The central object is indeed a galaxy, but the small objects are not associated with it. Some of them are foreground stars from our galaxy and others are galaxies.
The 'star cluster trails' are, sadly just noise.Happy hunting ! 😄
