Certainly the arcs are much bluer in DECaLS Browser. Nothing in NED

Not recorded as lens as far as I can find BTW, looks like 3 or 4 blue areas evenly placed around central galaxy

This galaxy is ~360,000 light years across! It's nearly as large as Messier 87. Lensing doesn't seem too far-fetched to me.
