bright blue spot

there is a bright blue spot at the top left of the galaxy is this some kind of supernova, kilonova, or hypernova or just some overlapping? maybe i'm just overhyped from the kilonova discovered recently.

Supernova are small, bright and round. This is a fuzzy blob, and is probably a star-forming area, or possibly an overlap.
