The large galaxy (behind the one in the centre) could be a faint elliptical- not sure though, it stood out and I just found it interesting.

That is interesting- a very low surface brightness object. My best guess is it's unrelated to the edge-on disc galaxy. Perhaps an #overlap?

Is the fuzzy object to the left in the foreground compared with the orange galaxy in the center?

it doesn't really matter if it's foreground or background. it's unrelated to the galaxy to be classified.
