    The interesting feature is not the central image, is the lower image even a galaxy?

    The lower source is what a point-like source looks like in Hubble. It could be a star, or perhaps a quasar.

    Reminder : Always classify the object in the center of the image, even if it is the most boring one in the pic. 😃

    Anyway: the subject galaxy is very disturbed with massive new star clusters that appear torn out of the galaxy on the right side.
