could be two interacting galaxies. probably start with elliptical classifications.

I'd say it's most likely an artifact, possibly a diffraction spike from a (nearby) star. The blue stuff that is.

The blue stuff looks to me like an #artifact: this is at the edge of the chip in that Hubble band. The galaxies are interesting though!

Still hoping somebody could tell me why the green spiral is so green. Is the colour an artifact as well?

My guess is that the galaxy is at such a high redshift that what would look blue if we could see it up close is shifted into the green band.
