  Looks like a nebula to me. Mentioning it as looking like Green Lantern and an eyebrow seems like good depictions of it.

  It's a planetary nebula. The 'green' is actually red, from what's called the (Balmer) H-alpha emission line, at 656 nm

  Because of the mapping; they're 'false colors'; the SDSS g filter image is blue (in RBG), r is G, and i is R. the r filter is not really red

  This looks soooo much like a spiral galaxy, but actually this is a planetary nebula with the catchy name : PN K 4-55 -- Planetary Nebula.
