  Subject galaxy has brilliant bar ending in two segments of a ring. There seems to be a merger with the companion below.

  I'd hesitate to call it a merger. The galaxy appears to be a SB0 #barred_lenticular interacting as a #GPair

  Picture shows two galaxies, one diffuse and the other edge one with a distinct bulge and dust lane.
