  The stars seem to be almost resolved; if so, then this galaxy if very close to us, possibly in the Local Group

  The galaxy has almost no redshift: 0.001427 (according to NED. It's moving 428 KM/s away from us.)

  objects appear to be close to resolution and without an obvious central object, this is unlike anything that I`ve seen before.
