  Yes. When we see an Eos (edge-on spiral) "dustlane", it's real; but the same thing in a star isn't! Or perhaps many Eos' dustlanes aren't?!?

  No galaxies here ! Almost all the objects in this image are all stars from our galaxy. Nice chance alignment.
