  Strike: [I don't think this is oversaturation aaron1138 I am puzzeled if the dot on the arm is a lens maybe caused by dark_area in nucleus]

  The darker area in the center is indeed an optical artifact caused by oversaturation. The dot at 2 o'clock is probably a foreground star.
