Have a look at the zoomed out SkyServer image - I think you might find these are all foreground stars 😃

That was my first thought, but then I saw it had a PhotoZ value. I figured it couldn't get that value in error.

and. the 3:00 red spot has an enormous redshift. So the target object being a galaxy doesn't seem out of order. Please share your thoughts.

target is stars in our galaxy, photoZ can be wrong.

red blob at 3 may be several red stars or a distant galaxy, PhotoZ of 0.7 sounds OK if it is a galaxy
