    The thin green line is probably a satellite trail, so not connected to the galaxy at all. Sorry.

    O I know what that is its a black hole in the center of it the from either side releasing energy from all the gas it's collecting

    actually if it was a QUASAR, the beam would be coming out directly 90 degrees to the galaxies plane. its more about 85 degrees, sorry!
