  classified this as a star/artifact.. as the galaxy isnt in the centre of the frame.

  yes the picture is centred on the star forming at the edge away from the bulge

  In this case, if the image is centered on a part of the galaxy, you can classify the galaxy. Slightly disturbed spiral for me.
