Looking at SkyServer, I'm surprised to find no identification of this as an AGN in the literature.

it is, i suppose, a disturbed star forming ring galaxy, the mass on the left could be from a marger

its morphology is I, D, I irregular D Rotational symmetry without pronounced spiral or elliptical structure so is irregular not spiral

I see a barred two arm spiral too - albeit a slightly irregular one. The greenish stuff in front of/in one arm looks interesting...
