  That is not a nebula but a beautiful galaxy with active star forming regions (the blue clumps)

  Looks like an irregular star forming galaxy near an elliptical. But whose to say it is not a #Voorwerp type object?

  At first I thought they were unrelated, but the elliptical has a faint ring in it--influenced by the wild...um...spiral (?)?
