Bautiful but strange. It seems the center is quite empty. Or can this be a nebula?

Not a nebula, star forming spiral.

This looks like the aftermath of a super nova and not a galaxy.

Is a real amazing form. A galaxy, Ok, but going or coming? Forming or disappearing? Is it possible to know by the traces that we can see?

Lots of star formation - so still in the process of forming. You can tell by finding out what atoms and elements are present in the galaxy.
