I am somewhat sceptical #no_lens . If we look at the DR8 image, we can see a similar 'arc' extending in the opposite direction. #curious.

There is discolouration in the dr8 image, where we would expect to see the counter image...

That's a nice arc! I like the curvature, but I can't see a counter-image. It could be a "naked cusp" merging triplet, but its quite far out.

So I guess it's a singly-imaged "arclet" of a high z dusty galaxy, visible only in the IR (kind of like the SW VICS82 candidates' sources)
