  Looking at it in Skyserver, it appears to be a foreground star.

  The cyan object jst left above the central galaxy.It's red on Skyserv., there is a cyan obj. on the Skyserv, but it's a star & 2 far away

  looks like some odd blob moving towards the galaxy or something further back. Also interesting blue blob at top of image!?

  would say that's an artifact. There's a galaxy @ 145.40641/32.31697 which is relatively bright in infrared, but I doubt it is the "blob"
