I haven't seen a pic with a galaxy looking this oddly shaped with the bar coming from it. Is the bar anything and is it effecting the shape?

Could it be a jet from a quasar ?

Not a jet, which are tiny features seen in a few "nearby" galaxies.

Galaxy z=0.11336, stream has PhotoZ of z=0.119635 with zErr=0.081492, so seems associated, looks like merger debris?

Very unusual looking. Are the disturbed oval elliptical and the long streak of stars (or debris) related?
