    This doesn't exist in the sdss database it tells me. It look like an #irregular with #starformation. It looks like part of another galaxy??

    You are right. I typed ra, dec into SDSS DR 13 and got this image:

    I found out that this is UGC12700 or NGC7715 and the other galaxy is off the photo to right is UGC12699 or NGC7714.

    This is an edge on disturbed system, with several notable star-forming spots. Likely suffered from a recent interaction with another system.
