  Not seeing other galaxies in the vicinity so I don't believe there's a cluster nearby to cause this. probably one or more satellite galaxies

  It appears the collision of contraryrotating galaxies, the foreground seems to be flattened by hot spinars collapse within oddly sparse ring

  Similar to the devouring of a dwarf galaxy by NGC 5907, leaving stellar streams in its wake. Either that, or the flying spaghetti monster...
