  bar is almost blue/white when remainder of disk is very yellow, when typically the reverse is more common. Very #peculiar galaxy

  Diffuse, with three distinct regions. Outer dim halo, bright yellow ring, very bright blue kernel, which looks like a bar or maybe a jet?
