  Hmm that is strange, #starburst galaxy with a very big loop of tidal debris, but no culprit in sight? Merger then perhaps? Nice find

  In SDSS, the center is red with hot hydrogen.

  These tidal streams are likely the remnant of a minor merger. It reminds me of NGC 5907 (https://apod.nasa.gov/apod/ap080619.html)
