Wow, this is something else. I'd imagine it's a miscalculation in the telescopes filter/lens when peering at the wavelength
Could this be a pulsar or other source of intense radiation?
I believe it's just a collection of closely knitted stars, combining their luminosity. I could very well be mistaken.
