A green pea up near the top?
There should be an "I don't know" button in the Merger question for galaxies for galaxies like this!
The "central bulge" is in one half of the galaxy, with a fainter bulge in the other half
a completely shapeless blob, to me
irregular
I don't know if this is two merging or one lumpy
A cluster of green peas?!? with red and blue satellites?!? gorgeous and bizzare
a bright green band? artifact, I guess!
faint suggestion of disk not being entirely flat
I can't tell if this is one lumpy object or two interacting
looks like a totally amorphous blob
There are SIX separate light sources, the central one with a nucleus. At least FOUR seem to be interacting.
I said tidal debris, but it might just be irregular?
It looks like M87--basically spherical, but with a jet!
Looks like an E3 elliptical with TWO nuclei
looks like the Antennae except the two nuclei are MUCH closer.
There's a small detached piece about one diameter away.
A spherical galaxy with a small "arm" extending from it
The main galaxy seems to have TONS of small elliptical galaxies right near it.
I said two arms, but MAYBE three
TONS of galaxies in the image--I picked the brightest one near the center. It looks like a disturbed sphere
slightly off center
three galaxies merging?
two galaxies near the central one, which has a LOT of tidal debris
can't tell if there's ONE spiral arm or tidal debris
It seems to be an "unbalanced" edge-on spiral-- one END is thick and the other thin.
Two smaller galaxies in field--look like edge-on spirals.
Two galaxies--both pretty shapeless.
Andromeda-like system except closer satellite is interacting and both are green.
THREE galaxies--medium-sized one is green.
VERY weird. Dim outer glow, bright inner glow, nucleus plus additional lump in inner part AND lump or separate galaxy in outer part.
One lump away from center
FOUR galaxies--one big three small--two of the small ones are merging.
Two green spheres with pink centers--just touching.
Like the last one with ONE object plus a faint edge-on(?) presence nearby. I DON'T think it's a star.
Three green spheres with pink centers--one bright, one faint overlapping it, and another faint one nearby.
Looks like the letter S with faint fuzz around it.
There are TWO nuclei--one in the center and the other off from it--plus a slight outer concentration
Small spiral from previous object
Two spirals interacting--one face-on, the big one more tilted, the small one barred 2 arms, the big one normal, 4 arms? Really pretty!
It looks like a planetary nebula, with "flashlight beams" in a bipolar direction from the center.
There is the spiral arms outer, a bright disk inner (about half of radius), and then a much brighter bulge inside that.
There seem to be two disks face-on. I can't see any spiral pattern, and there is no OBVIOUS sign of interaction.
It's hard to tell because it seems like only 2/3 of the galaxy is in the frame.
Contains 3 clumps in a straight line through the long axis of the galaxy with the nucleus being the central clump.
The second galaxy looks like E5 and 1/3 size of first. First is more edge on but spiral arm visible.
There is a weird blue nebulous thing on the left edge of the picture.
The clumps seem to be in a ring around the galaxy's edge.
I'm pretty sure it's a face-on disk, but whether it has spiral structure, a ring, clumps, or none of the above is difficult.
