Two blazing #foregoundstars make this a #badimage. Cool that it shows all in the green spectrum
Two #forgroundstars. Is the focal object really a #galaxy or an #artfact (?)
Blazing #foregroundstar with a smooth #elliptical (?) behind.
Is this a pair of #foregroundstars ruining the image? What causes the BG to look like curdled tomato soup?
#foregroundstars at focal point, making this #badimage (?)
Is this an actual galaxy, or a #foregroundstar hogging the frame?
Single round, smooth candidate with some #foregroundstars.
Hot #foregroundstars. Classic 2-arm #spiral but its star distribution #disturbed -- shifted to right side of image. Under what influence?
#foregroundstars make image #badimage (?)
Diffuse 2-arm #spiral with very faint trace of central #bar
Very loose #barred #spiral with about a dozen #foregroundstars ?
Couple of #foregroundstars . Focal galaxy seems to have trace of an #arc and/or #dustlane on upper rim.
WOW! #merger in progress, one #spiral arm trailing, the other lost in the arriving globular galaxy; #disturbed #Amazing.
#foregroundstars
Large halo #ring around this small, faintly #spiral galaxy. Is lower tricolor bar a #dustlane or #artifact?
Appears to be all #foregroundstars (?)
Possible #dustlane upper end of disc, possible #disturbed #arc (2 thready arms) "reaching" to small globular galaxy above. Incipient merger?
Focal galaxy #arc below, #disturbed upper edge toward top galaxy, possible #streamer toward middle tiny galaxy (also #disturbed ) Complex!
Exceptionally bright -- is this a #foregroundstar that has intruded?
Like a pendant from a string of starry beads . . . . #beautiful
#foregroundstars but focal galaxy seems #disturbed in direction of image lower left.
Any ideas about the reason for the #disturbed trail that makes this galaxy look like an object-in-motion cartoon?
#merger
#multiple_objects Is this a #cluster behind the #foregroundstar ?
large #spiral with dwarf #merger galaxy
Very #faint spiral, with two small blue companion galaxies almost equidistant from each "end" of the target galaxy. Coincidnece?
#spectacular - if this is a #merger the galaxies concerned are burning each other up. #irregular shape, can't tell how many bodies involved
#merger between galaxy with a disc, and smooth round galaxy with no disc.
Very small nearby galaxy at 11 o'clock, maybe #merger ?
Two nearby galaxies also appear to have a #lens or #arc: cf upper right blue-white, and mid-right golden galaxy.
Nominal subject galaxy, but two #galaxy-pairs nearby. One pair, on another project would be #green-pea galaxies.
Spectacular #merger -- one galaxy #edge-on , one galaxy #face-on . Largest galaxy #distorted and attenuating. Wow.
Viewed in thumbnail, suddenly noticed surrounding galaxies in distinct #ring distribution. Great Attractor NOT, but . . .. .
Classic example of #other category. #multiple-objects in apparent close proximity. #mergers ???
#multiple-merger of three galaxies. Spiral arm shape (distortion?) indicates possible #three-way. Also prominent #red-orange #globular
Chain of brilliant #blue-galaxies, one maxing out the imager. Four small, dense #red-orange globular galaxies.
Very faint, hair-thing #arc along upper half-disc. Possible #merger to left of central galaxy, very faint, small.
#merger with the two galaxies almost in full contact. Also three #red-orange galaxies in frame.
#disturbed is an understatement. Wondering about the forces of #merger or #aging that could churn a galaxy as #irregular as a nebula?
#multiple-objects #blue-galaxies (2 or 3) & #golden-galaxy so #bright they seem to overload image-processing. #galaxy-chains #red-galaxy
#merger big fish eats little fish
WOW!!!! What forces it must take to produce this #blaze of glory!! #multiple objects, tight #cluster, all but one very #red-orange.
Large disc is in the path of small golden galaxy -- #merger impending, but in far future.
Has the same super-bright off-centre heart as in "Other" examples.
#multiple-objects, most beautiful galaxy is at upper right. Curious about bright #red-galaxy also upper right
Strange image. Wonder if #double-galaxies are artefacts of image processing? Or #mergers or #elipticals with #dust-lanes ?
Possible #multiple-merger ?? Lower right, 2 (possibly 3) small fainter #elipticals seem to have #disturbed #spiral arms
Very pretty #merger with #multiple-objects
#multiple objects, lots of #color-spectrum like #rainbow
#spiral but very loose, lower edge seems #disturbed
Central #elliptical galaxy -- but the fun is in busy busy BG -- where galaxies may show #mergers, #dust-lanes, #clusters etc
Picture-perfect #merger - two golden galaxies doing a slow dance.
#merger very smooth, elegant form
#dust_lane
#merger or is the little orange galaxy leaking through from the background?
#edge_on beautiful #blue galaxy
#multiple galaxies clustered
#spiral with #2_arms, simple central bulge and possible #merger with blue galaxy
#spiral with #2_arms and probable #arc
#merger ? small diffuse partner with trailing filaments.
Apparently complex merger? Or a simpler merger of 2 (foreground) with a larger spiral (far background). Hare to see with no perspective.
Outer arms look like they've acquired bluish irregular galazies - 3 to 4 on lower edge, on upper edge.
Dust lanes in 2-3 cores near image centre?
Core almost looks like a signet ring (signet facing left). Didn't mark as a dust lane because the dark bit is only a spot near centre.
Treble clef galaxy! (Better image than my previous sleepy cat . .
How many galaxies can you fit in a fistful of pixels???
sleepy cat . . .
2-armed #spiral
Nice #arcs around this?
An incredibly busy sector of space!
#merger like a double-yolked egg. Would really like to see image adjacent to lower right quadrant to see if this is a 3-way merger.
